The service is provided through subscription with different levels (Demo, Standard, Professional and Corporate) each offering specific features and capabilities as detailed in our pricing structure.

- Data storage and processing in accordance with applicable regulations

User Responsibilities
By using Busae services, users agree to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
- Ensure proper handling of provided hardware devices including terminals, GPS units, cameras and counting systems
- Protect access credentials and immediately report any security issues
- Use the service in compliance with local transport regulations
- Maintain active internet connectivity for real-time data transmission
- Properly train staff in system usage
- Report any system malfunction immediately
- Maintain necessary licenses and permits for transport operations
- Use the service only for intended purposes within the transport industry
Basic Liability Disclaimers
By using Busae services, users acknowledge and accept:
- Service availability may be affected by factors outside Busae's control including internet connectivity and hardware performance
- While Busae provides GPS tracking, video surveillance and passenger counting systems, we are not responsible for:
- Real-time location data accuracy dependent on GPS signal quality

User Rights

Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction, following this process:

Spanish courts will be the only competent courts to resolve any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation.

- Hardware uninstallation: Customer responsibility
- Post-termination data retention: 1 month
Immediate Termination
Service may be terminated immediately in the following cases:
- Customer's unilateral decision to terminate operation
- Natural contract completion, if applicable
Note: No refunds apply after service termination.
